When the going gets tough, keep moving ahead. That’s just one thing Andrea Archer has discovered in almost 18 years as a Human Resources professional. And in one of the most challenging job markets in years, she urges everyone to take heart.
“The experiences that people go through in their jobs, those challenges are very common,” she says. “But when you’re in a difficult or challenging situation, you think that you’re by yourself. And you’re really not. There are answers for almost anything.”
