According to the Webster Dictionary, the definition of “motherhood” is “the state or condition of being a mother.” But who can really tell you what motherhood is all about? Some of us have experienced becoming a mother, but there were no instructions prior to delivery. Many become mothers at a very young age. We fall in love or what we think is love, and then the unthinkable happens: We find ourselves in situations where we are asking, what’s next? Many women are fortunate to raise their little ones with the fathers in the same household. However, many are challenged with raising their little ones alone. If we are honest with ourselves, some of the circumstances we find ourselves in are because we made good or bad choices.
