Lunge! The lunge is your best friend! You may have a love-hate relationship with this exercise but your legs will sure look great! Stand with legs together and hands on hips. Step forward with one leg to lunge. Keep a 90 degree angle with both legs while lunging. Don’t let your knee touch the ground. It’s okay to get close, but never let it touch. To add resistance, hold dumbbells in each hand while lunging. You can do a stationary lunge if space is limited, or you can do a walking lunge.
