It’s one thing to see the fat shake on your arms every time you wave good-bye, but to have rolls forming on your back? That’s just wrong!
Back fat and saggy arms are always major concerns. Loose arms are common, but back fat is often a surprise. When looking in the mirror it is easy to see the front. The back often goes unnoticed for too long. But you can get rid of it. It may take some work and consistency, but the effort will improve your posture and give you that smooth look around bra straps of course.
The following exercises will give you an upper body make-over. Perform them in a gym, or at home. Perform each exercise for three sets of ten reps. Include a healthy diet plan and at least 30-45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise.
