Two Virginia State University seniors and psychology majors, Tashia Brewer and Jamal McCoy, are beginning the 2010 semester as first place winners of the 2009 Historical Black Colleges and Universities-Undergraduate Program (HBCU-UP) national conference in Washington D.C.
