Blackwell and Hotchkiss Community Centers Score Big
Richmond’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities recently upgraded the youth football fields at the Blackwell and Hotchkiss Community Centers and held grand opening ceremonies and ribbon-cuttings at both fields.
