When you mentioned RVA this morning, it gave me an idea that perhaps could promote Richmond at a glance. I propose that a decal shaped like Richmond's skyline at the top and the river (rapids) at the bottom, and in the middle place the letters RVA . Something like this might already exist but I am not aware of any such decal. I recommend the decal be done in black and white, classic lettering and protray Richmond as a fine, respectable city. Just think , positive feelings about Richmond would be presented on thousands of cars and elsewhere with such a decal placed in strategic areas. I live in Chester but was born and raised in Petersburg. I love Channel 12 and I feel like the morning, evening and night news folks are family. Each one is so professional but at the same time, connect with the public as sincere friends. I look forward to hearing from you.
