Why do we need book clubs? What purpose do they serve? I wondered one day.
So I began researching how book clubs really service the literary world. I found out how important book clubs are: They promote literacy among all communities. Book clubs also encourage authors to follow their dreams and to share their information through books. Among the millions of books that are on the market today, without book clubs their thoughts would not be as widely known. How many homes or libraries would not enjoy conversations and discussions about a particular book? Book clubs are very important as they serve as a resource and vehicle of expression for professional and aspiring writers.
