Three weeks from now say goodbye 2009 and goodbye to the extra pounds packed on during those twelve months. A new year is coming and so will the new body, right? You can make weight loss possible and permanent by not being a “resolutionist”!
Resolutionists are those who stuff themselves during Thanksgiving and Christmas, drink their way into the New Year indulging themselves with abandon, because on January 2nd they will start working out and lose 12 months of weight gain in two weeks. Sounds good, but with such ambitious goals, resolutionists don’t succeed.
