Cozy Indulgence: With its succinct menu and nightly specials of French bistro-Provencal cuisine, Bouchon will satisfy everyone in your party with its offering of sumptuous as well as rustic dishes. Located in Historic Shockoe Slip in the former Pomegranate Euro Bistro, a three month redecorating effort has produced an interior that’s both elegant and comfortable featuring crisp tablecloths and exposed brick walls hung with striking art.
Hosts: Francis De Villiers is Chef and co-owner with his wife, Wendy Kalif, a former private chef. Wendy greets diners at the door, creating an instant feeling of warmth. The couple’s hospitality extends to the back of the house and they will accommodate most dietary needs.
