For the month of March, the city of Richmond is encouraging residents to exchange sugary drinks for water. According to their release, water:
- moisturizes the air in lungs
- helps with metabolism
- regulates body temperature
- protects and moisturizes our joints
- moisturizes our skin.
- Can aid in weight loss or management
